Returns & Replacements Policy

Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Custom Printed to Order

All models are custom printed at time of order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind or incorrect selection.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost.

Print Defects

If a model has a significant print defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. At our discretion, we will replace the item.

Normal Print Characteristics

Minor surface marks or cleanup consistent with resin printing are normal and not considered defects. This specifically includes point marks from support structures. Trust us, we wish we could get rid of supports too.

Modified Models

Models that have been painted, modified, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
